Infra Red Saunas are the latest thing to have in your home. They have all sorts of incredible benefits to offer you. Also they come flat packed and are very easy to assemble, easier than assembling a wardrobe from Ikea! Some of the Benefits are: The Infra Red sauna typically has a 10-15 minute warm-up so you can have an session on the spur of the moment and running costs for a 2 person are about 15p per hour. The larger ones cost a little more but even the 6 person costs only around 25p per hour. The Infra Red sauna produces 2-3 times the sweat volume of a traditional non-infrared sauna. The more you sweat the more the toxins are removed. The experience is like being on a tropical sunny beach. It is lovely and warm, but unlike traditional saunas, easy to breathe. An Infra Red sauna requires no plumbing in or specialist wiring so is easy to move from place to place, or to take with you if you move home.
